Dip hem skirt RELIVED... by sw11rl featuring a matte lipstick
Recently, I have been loving the dip hem trend. I heard somewhere that they were going to be big in S/S, in Winter, but it being grey, miserable, cold England in January, wearing such a chiffony, flimy type thing seemed a bit....unbelievable.
